  • Independent Community Project: PiCapes is an independent community project owned and operated by Prathviraj Kushwaha. PiCapes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Microsoft, Mojang Studios, Minecraft, OptiFine, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, or other third-party platforms unless explicitly stated.
  • User Content: You remain the owner of content you submit; however, by submitting capes, artwork, suggestions, code, or other materials, you grant PiCapes a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, display, and incorporate such content into the project and related services.
  • Misinformation & Misrepresentation: Knowingly spreading false or misleading information about PiCapes, its policies, staff, community, or services is prohibited and may result in moderation actions, account restrictions, or termination of access.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities performed through it. Account sharing, impersonation, abuse, and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
  • Service Availability: PiCapes is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, integrations, APIs, and services may change, be restricted, or be discontinued without notice.
  • Limitation of Liability: PiCapes, its owner, contributors, and developers are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
  • Account Termination: PiCapes may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards.

Acceptance of Terms ​

By registering for a PiCapes account, accessing PiCapes services, using the PiCapes website, API, software, mod, or any related features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for an account or use PiCapes services.

Your continued use of PiCapes after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Project Ownership ​

PiCapes is an independent community project created and maintained by Prathviraj Kushwaha.

PiCapes is developed for the Minecraft community and aims to provide players with additional customization options through third-party software and services. While the project is owned and operated by its creator, community feedback, contributions, and participation play an important role in its development.

Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of PiCapes software, infrastructure, branding, services, or intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by PiCapes and its owner.

PiCapes may accept community contributions, suggestions, artwork, cape submissions, code contributions, bug reports, and other materials. By submitting such content, you grant PiCapes the rights necessary to use, modify, distribute, display, and incorporate the submission into the project and related services.

Disclaimer ​

PiCapes is an independent third-party project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Microsoft, Mojang Studios, Minecraft, OptiFine, Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated.

The PiCapes mod, services, website, APIs, and related software are unofficial modifications and tools created by the PiCapes team and community. They are provided as optional additions to enhance the Minecraft experience and are not official Minecraft products.

"Minecraft", "Mojang", "Microsoft", and other referenced trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Any use of such names is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

By using PiCapes, you acknowledge that it is a third-party modification and that compatibility, functionality, and availability may change due to updates made by Minecraft, mod loaders, third-party software, or external services beyond PiCapes' control.

Intellectual Property ​

All content, software, services, branding, source code, graphics, documentation, APIs, and materials provided by PiCapes are owned by or licensed to PiCapes unless otherwise stated.

By submitting capes, cape concepts, textures, artwork, screenshots, suggestions, code, or other content to PiCapes, you grant PiCapes a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, and incorporate such content into PiCapes services, promotional materials, and related projects.

PiCapes is not obligated to use submitted content and may remove, reject, modify, or discontinue use of any submission at its discretion.

Misinformation and Misrepresentation ​

Users may not knowingly spread false, misleading, fabricated, or misrepresented information regarding PiCapes, its services, staff members, contributors, community, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or operations.

Users are expected to interpret and discuss PiCapes policies in good faith. Deliberate misrepresentation, selective quotation intended to mislead, impersonation of staff, or the creation and distribution of false claims regarding PiCapes may result in moderation actions, account restrictions, suspension, termination of access, or other action where appropriate.

Nothing in this section shall be construed as restricting good-faith criticism, feedback, discussion, reporting, or disagreement regarding PiCapes or its policies.

The PiCapes website, services, software, documentation, logos, visual assets, and associated content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit any part of PiCapes without prior written permission, except where explicitly permitted by law or by PiCapes.

You agree not to share accounts, impersonate other users, abuse platform features, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or engage in fraudulent or malicious activity.

PiCapes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards.

Users under the age required by applicable laws should use PiCapes only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Registration of a PiCapes account constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced herein.

User Content ​

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or distribute through PiCapes.

You represent and warrant that you possess the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit such content and that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

PiCapes may review, reject, remove, restrict access to, or disable content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards.

Service Availability ​

PiCapes is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

While we strive to maintain reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all Minecraft versions, permanent storage of content, error-free operation, or continuous access to any specific feature.

Features, APIs, services, cape systems, integrations, and functionality may be modified, discontinued, restricted, or updated at any time without prior notice.

No Warranty ​

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PiCapes disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

Your use of PiCapes is entirely at your own risk.

Termination ​

PiCapes reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or actions that may harm the service, its users, or the community.

Upon termination, access to certain features, content, or account data may be restricted or removed.

Limitation of Liability ​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PiCapes, its owner, contributors, developers, maintainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, even if PiCapes has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Users assume all risks associated with the use of PiCapes and any third-party software, modifications, integrations, or services used alongside it.
